REFOUND INFORMATION

INFORMATION ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

(pursuant to art. 49, paragraph 4, legislative decree 21/2014)

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without indicating the reasons, within 14 days from the day on which you or a third part, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer is required to inform us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase order by means of a declaration to be sent within the aforementioned deadline by registered letter with return receipt to the following address:

For this purpose, you can prepare a written declaration that expresses your intention to withdraw from the Contract, provided that it is sent to the address indicated above with the forms and within the terms mentioned above.

The right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases:

- order of products by a non-consumer customer and / or who requires an invoice;

- order of products made to measure or clearly personalized;

- order of products that risk deteriorating or expiring rapidly;

- order of sealed products which cannot be returned for hygienic reasons or related to health protection or which have been opened after delivery.

With reference to the cases of exclusion of the withdrawal listed above, the Customer, in particular, is informed and accepts that the Products that "risk deteriorating or expire rapidly" or "Sealed products that have been opened after delivery" include all the Products food sold by Frantoio Oleario Guido D'Amico, as their organoleptic and hygienic characteristics are subject to alteration as a result of inappropriate storage.

In the event of exclusion of the right of withdrawal, Frantoio Oleario Guido D'Amico will return the purchased products to you, charging you the shipping costs

If you withdraw from this contract (except in the cases listed above in which withdrawal is excluded), you will be reimbursed for all payments you have made to us, including any delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your eventual choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery we offer). Refunds will take place without delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the purchase order, without prejudice to our right to suspend the refund until receipt of the goods. Refunds will be made exclusively in your favor and using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise or if your payment has been made by cash on delivery (in the latter case the refund will be made to by bank transfer to your coordinates indicated by you); in any case, you will not have to incur any costs as a consequence of this reimbursement.

Frantoio Oleario Guido D'Amico fully bears the shipping costs for returning the products in case of exercise of the right of withdrawal.

In order to benefit from this free shipping, you will have to wait to be contacted by Frantoio Oleario Guido D’Amico following your withdrawal notice to agree on the return of the products to the courier indicated by us and you must return the products in the same box in which they were received. You are only responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from a manipulation of the property other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
