Our black olive pate has an intense brown color and a fine, firm paste. The taste is delicate but at the same time strong, making it perfect for enriching appetizers, on bruschetta and canapés, or for dressing a quick pasta. Excellent as an ingredient and to flavor sauces and as a condiment with radicchio and salads, with fresh cheese and for fillings.
